Assistant HVAC Technician

Supports senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. The role involves assisting with site inspections, preparing tools and materials, performing basic system checks, ensuring safety compliance, and providing on-site support to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery while meeting customer and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with supervisors and service teams for job execution
- Provide technical support and explain system operation to customers
- Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform effective troubleshooting
- Assist to Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split ACs, VRF/VRV, ducted units, and package units
Must Have
- Diploma or ITI in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and HVAC components
- Experience with refrigerants such as R410A / R32 preferred
- Valid driving license (preferred)
Nice to have
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Additional languages
