HVAC Sales Executive

As an employee of our company, Responsible for generating and managing a strong and consistent sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and channel partners, and providing high-quality customer support through product guidance and tailored solutions. Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, collaborate with management to develop and refine effective sales strategies, stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate New Sales lead and develop realationships with potential clients
- conduct site visit and assessments to understand client needs
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our HVAC products and services
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their HVAC system meets their needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HVAC technology
Must Have
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
