HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician will ensure systems operate efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split ACs, VRF/VRV, ducted units, and package units
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform effective troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Provide technical support and explain system operation to customers
- Coordinate with supervisors and service teams for job execution
Must Have
- Diploma or ITI in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and HVAC components
- Experience with refrigerants such as R410A / R32 preferred
- Valid driving license (preferred)
Nice to have
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
