The Arabic Speaking HVAC Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships across Qatar and the MENA region. The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC products and solutions, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable air conditioning and ventilation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the HVAC industry across Qatar and the MENA region.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through direct visits, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell HVAC products, air conditioning systems, and related solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales or business development, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning products, and market trends.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
