Responsible for handling daily HVAC inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording stock movements, while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store HVAC materials and spare parts
- Issue inventory as per job requirements and record all stock movements accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Support warehouse organization and efficient material handling
- Coordinate with technicians and procurement teams for material requirements
Must Have
- Valid QID (Qatar ID)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC materials, spare parts, and inventory handling
- Experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and recording stock movements
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Support warehouse organization and efficient material handling
- Basic computer skills for inventory or ERP system usage
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an HVAC warehouse or MEP environment
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Odoo or similar)
- Knowledge of basic procurement and material requisition processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and site teams
- Good communication and organizational skills
